In an effort to better serve its constituents TAAC has developed a regional representative program. Regional Representatives were selected as a part of caucus deliberations at the Open Dialogue VII conference. The program has been fully implemented in 1998. 	Maintain contact with the TAAC board liaison;
	Provide regional reports for the TAAC newslsetter and webpage;
	Prioritize actionable recommendations of regions;
	Impement regional program initiatives with the assistance of TAAC;
	Attend Dialogue Conferences and conduct regional caucus meetings;
	Present caucus reports at the Open Dialogue conferences;
	Develop a regional work plan;
	Assist in creating and maintaining regional mailing list of consultants, organizations and artists, and;
	Collect and disseminate information which is relevant to the region and the field.
