In an effort to better serve its constituents TAAC has developed a regional representative program. Regional Representatives were selected as a part of caucus deliberations at the Open Dialogue VII conference. The program has been fully implemented in 1998. | Maintain contact with the TAAC board liaison; | |
| Provide regional reports for the TAAC newslsetter and webpage; | |
| Prioritize actionable recommendations of regions; | |
| Impement regional program initiatives with the assistance of TAAC; | |
| Attend Dialogue Conferences and conduct regional caucus meetings; | |
| Present caucus reports at the Open Dialogue conferences; | |
| Develop a regional work plan; | |
| Assist in creating and maintaining regional mailing list of consultants, organizations and artists, and; | |
| Collect and disseminate information which is relevant to the region and the field. |
It is hoped that the regional representative program will assist TAAC in better serving its constituents and ensuring that our membership's voice is heard. The board is confident that a strengthened more participatory membership will rekindle the vitality from which the organization was created in 1965.
